Results from the Special Winter Roundup Holstein Steer/ Dairy Cross Feeder Cattle Sale Friday January 15th.

Here this past Friday we had a pretty good run of cattle considering all the snow and weather that blew in a hurry Thursday night..

We sold 703 head on a market that was steady to somewhat lower on the bigger bunches of Holsteins Steers that were properly handled and not too green... The plainer type cattle were a tougher sell but demand was good on the front end cattle, especially the bigger bunches, even in light of the grain market that caught on fire to the north side.

Thanks to all Buyers/ Sellers alike who came out and toughed out the weather.

The next Special Winter Roundup Holstein/ Cross Breed Feeder Cattle Sale will be in two weeks on Friday January 29th starting time 9am sharp..
